
Southern Nomads returned to the top of the Shimmin Wilson Manx Shield with a narrow 22-17 win over neighbours Castletown.
Nomads led 7-3 at half-time and hung on to take the points despite a Castletown comeback in the second half.
Town’s tries came from James Jones and Conor Stephen, with two conversions and a penalty from Sam Peel.
