Two-day event gets underway tomorrow evening (2 Oct)
Entries for a two-day rallying event on Island this weekend are looking 'far better than expected', according to organisers.
The 2026 Chris Kelly Rally will take place tomorrow evening and throughout Saturday (2-3 October) with teams taking on around 93 stage miles across the two days.
The meeting will also form the final two rounds of this year's Manx Rally Championship.
Deputy Clerk of the Course and Chief Marshal, Mark Ellison is hoping that for spectators old and new, the event can be a standout experience:
Separately, Manx Auto Sport is still keen to recruit more radio operators and timekeepers to help run stages
Anyone interested in volunteering can sign up between 4.30pm and 7.30pm today at the Mike Hailwood Centre behind the TT Grandstand on Glencrutchery Road in Douglas.
The first stage of the 2026 Chris Kelly Rally at Port Erin will see roads on the stage shut at 5.30pm before the stage begins at approximately 6.30pm.
