Manx riders selected for Grand Tour

Mark Christian and Peter Kennaugh have been selected to ride in the Vuelta Espana.

It's the third and last of the Grand Tours in the cycling calendar - after the Giro d'Italia and the Tour de France.

Christian is included in the Aqua Blue Sport squad and Peter Kennaugh is named alongside Tour de France winner Chris Froome for Team Sky.

Earlier this week, it was announced Kennaugh will leave Team Sky and has signed a two year deal with the Bora-Hansgrohe team.

The 21 stage race starts on Saturday 19th August.
