A well-known figure in the Isle of Man says he is all but unrecognisable after two major operations helped him lose 22 stone.
Head of the Island's Civil Defence Martin Blackburn went to the Wirral for keyhole surgery which helped him drop from a peak of 43 stone to just 15.
