Manx road racing star Conor Cummins is doing well in hospital having suffered serious injuries in an accident in Friday's Senior TT.
The 'Ramsey Rocket' came off his McAdoo Kawasaki at the Verandah, in a race which was being re-run after the riders were red-flagged when Guy Martin crashed at Ballagarey, Marown.
TT press officer Simon Crellin went to see Conor in Nobles Hospital on Monday.
He says he was delighted with messages of support and gifts he had received, particularly from local children (play audio file):
On Monday, Conor Cummins was described as 'serious but stable', with injuries which included a broken left arm, fractures to bones in his back, a dislocated knee and ligament damage.
Guy Martin was said to be improving and was in good spirits.
