Cooil and Taubman to lead Manx in Gold Coast

2018 Commonwealth Games appointments made

Leonie Cooil and Trevor Taubman will lead Team Isle of Man at the 2018 Commonwealth Games in Gold Coast, Australia.

Leonie has been appointed as Chef de Mission and will have overall responsibility for the team at the Games village - she will also act as the Isle of Man contact with the organisers.

Trevor Taubman will be General Team Manager for the third time after successful stints in the role in Delhi and Glasgow.

Trevor will look after the interests of the Manx athletes, managers and coaches.

The 21st Commonwealth Games will take place on Queensland's Gold Coast from April 4 to 15 2018.
