Laxey took the lead in the closing stages through Max Murley only for Corinthians to score almost straight away through a Luke Murray header.
Corinthians hit the front for the first time with 9 minutes to go when Luke Murray was on hand to score the winner after the goal-keeper couldn't hold on to a shot from a free-kick.
Corinthians now face Ramsey Youth Centre away in the first round with the winners of that tie away to Colby in the quarter-finals.
