Cronkbourne Cricket Club have won this year's Tinker Cup after a commanding nine-wicket victory over Peel & St John's in the 2026 final.

After their opponents had set a target of 211 to chase, Cronkbourne needed just under 30 overs to claim victory with Adam McAuley the star of the batting show, managing a century not-out.

Ryder Spencer also managed 78 runs before being bowled by Eddie Beard of Peel & St John's before Dollin Jansen racked up 27 runs not-out to take Cronkbourne to the win at 213-1.

Meanwhile, both Matt Ansell and Corbin Liebenberg shone for Cronkbourne in the bowling side of things, claiming all ten wickets between them.

For Peel & St John's, there were some positives as they came out runners-up - Peter Lewis came within touching distance of a century before bowled out for 97 whilst Eddie Beard wasn't too far off a half-century, managing 44 runs before being removed.

Elsewhere, this year's Blincoe Cup has been won by Valkyres 2nd XI who managed a five-wicket success over Peel & St John's 2nd XI.

The first innings saw Peel & St John's set a target of 130 all out which Valkyres bettered, managing 213-5.

The second innings saw Valkyres record 178-5, meaning Peel & St John's had to chase a score of 263 and, despite a spirited effort, fell short with a score of 220-8.
