Cricket: IoM men's national training squads announced

Team preparing for international fixtures in coming months

Isle of Man Cricket has confirmed it's latest men's national training squad.

In total, 22 players make up the team ahead of two upcoming fixtures across September and October.

Furthermore, Isle of Man Cricket Association (IOMCA) has announced it's now in a position to launch an all-year round training programme for both the male and female Isle of Man setups.

Next month, the men's side are due to take part in a four-match T20i series against Sweden at Cronkbourne Cricket Club from 6-7 September.

That will be followed a few weeks later with the Isle of Man's latest T10 European Cricket Championship campaign at Cartama Oval in Spain from 11-14 October.

During 2024, the Manx men's team finished sixth in the ICC T20 Sub Regional World Cup Qualifiers in June and reached the play-off qualifiers of the Challenger Division in the T10 European Cricket Championship in October.
