Coach pleased with progress made in 2023
Further development of both local and national teams and players are among the key objectives for cricket on Manx shores heading into the next twelve months.
That's according to Isle of Man cricket development officer, Greig Wright, who says they've seen continuous improvements across the board during 2023.
Among the landmarks in the last year, Mr Wright was named Coach of the Year at the Isle of Man Sports Awards with the IoM men's team crowned Team of the Year whilst the Manx ladies T20 squad won the ECN Continental Cup in Romania.
Heading into 2024, Greig explains the main things he'd like to see happen in the sport to keep it growing:
Tributes paid to 'kindest and friendliest' driver in rally community
Island hosts 'first of its kind' visually impaired golf event
Football: Corinthians hammer Ayre United to reach Hospital Cup last four
Battles to resume in ARA Championship
IoM women victorious at Preston North End
