Callum Stewart netted both goals for the home side with Kerron Christian grabbing an injury-time consolation for the westerners.
It means St. George's stay top of the table one point ahead of Peel.
Next Wednesday sees both sides play their final fixtures - St. George's away at Laxey while Peel travel to St. Mary's.

That result and Douglas Royal winning 6-3 against Onchan at Ballafletcher means Colby miss out on a top four finish and a place in the Paul Henry Gold Cup semi-finals.
Douglas Athletic boosted their promotion hopes with a 7-0 thrashing of Foxdale and must now hope their opponents do them a favour against Ramsey Youth Centre next week.
