The match was level at 2-2 after 90 minutes but Pulrose ran clear in the additional 30 minutes - Dave Skillen, Aaron Raby, Kenny Cowin, Ben Cowin and Owen Quayle their scorers.
A Connor Dempsey hat-trick led Gymns to a 6-1 win at lowly Ronaldsway.
Luke Fisher, Jay Corrin and James Murphy netted the others.
In JCK Division Two, Douglas and District sealed a 3-1 home win over Foxdale.
