He's one of 16 riders retained in squad for 2024
Another of the Isle of Man's pro cycling competitors has put pen to paper on a new deal for the upcoming new season.
Sam Brand has signed a contract extension with US-based outfit Team Novo Nordisk to remain in the squad for the 2024 roster.
Brand is one of sixteen riders at Team Novo Nordisk who've renewed their commitments whilst four new signings have also been added.
The Island rider's most recent outings saw him finish 28th overall in the Tour of Hainan in China on 9 October to secure his first UCI points of the campaign before he was a non-finisher at the Japan Cup four days later.
Announcing the squad's lineup for 2024, team general manager, Vassili Davidenko says the 2023 campaign was 'arguably the best in the history of Team Novo Nordisk'.
The team is the first all-Diabetes professional cycling team in the world with raising awareness around the condition and driving change remaining a core priority.
