Manxman won sixth phase of Tour of Poyang Lake at the weekend (8 Sept)
Isle of Man pro cyclist Tyler Hannay claimed a stage victory during competition in China over the weekend.
The Saint Piran competitor crossed the line in first on the sixth stage of the Tour of Poyang Lake on Sunday (8 September) in a time of two hours, 28 minutes and 15 seconds.
Joining Hannay on the podium that day were Estonian rider Martin Laas (Ferei Quick-Panda Podium Mongolia Team) in second and Russian rider Romain Maikin (Chengdu Cycling Team) in third.
In the following two phases of the meeting yesterday and today (9-10 September) Hannay has maintained 32nd spot in the general classification.
The tour runs until Thursday (12 September).
