Darts: Callum Brew reaches last four in Hungary

Island player impresses at recent WDF competitions

Isle of Man Para Darts player Callum Brew recently impressed in Europe reaching the latter stages of two WDF competitions in Hungary.

The Manx competitor recently contested the Hungarian Darts Open Classic and Masters in Budapest from 25-27 October.

Brew would go on to reach the semi-finals of the Open Classic event, only beaten by the eventual winner of the class.

Meanwhile he got as far as the quarter-final phase of the Masters being overcome by the same player.

Later this month Brew returns to action at the 2024 WDF World ParaDarts Cup in Assen, Nethlerlands from 22-24 November.

As well as competing in the solo category, the Island player will also be part of the Celtic Nations team along with two competitors from Wales and one other from Republic of Ireland.

That team will be made up of two standing and two wheelchair players.
