Dean Harrison and John McGuinness to ride for Honda at TT 2025

Team confirms two-rider lineup for next year's event

Honda Racing has announced its lineup for next year's Isle of Man TT.

Dean Harrison and John McGuinness will continue to ride for the team in 2025.

Harrison will be taking part in the Senior, Superbike, Superstock and Supersport classes for Honda, while McGuinness will focus on the Superstock, Superbike and Senior races.

Both competed at the event in 2024 as part of a three-rider lineup alongside Manx rider Nathan Harrison.

Dean commented: "I am so excited to go again next year having learnt all of the lessons we learnt this year on the roads and the short circuits.

"We have a year of development under our belt with all of the bikes and I am looking forward to getting on with the job and trying to win."

Elsewhere, Mr McGuinness says: "There is nothing that makes me prouder than putting on my Honda top, riding for this team and representing the brand.

"To be there in the thick of it contributing what I can to the team and having a good go of it myself, it honestly means the world."

Meanwhile, speaking on the absence of Onchan rider Nathan Harrison from the squad, Team Manager Havier Beltran adds: "I would like to thank Nathan for his commitment to the team over the last two seasons.

"Together we achieved his best-ever finish and average lap speed at the TT. I am confident that he has a bright future ahead of him, and I hope to be able to continue supporting him going forward."

At TT 2024, McGuinness managed top-ten finishes in all three races he contested - he finished fifth in the Senior TT; sixth in the Superbike TT and seventh in the Superstock TT.

Prior to that he impressed at this year's North West 200 to claim third spot in the Superstock Race 2 for his first NW200 podium in 12 years.

Meanwhile, Dean Harrison managed a podium finish in all but one of the five TT races he contested this year, claiming second in the Supersport TT Race 2 whilst recording third-placed finishes in the Senior TT; Superbike TT and Supersport TT Race 1.

He also claimed two North West 200 podiums managing second in the Superstock Race 1 and P3 in the third Superbike Race.
