Honda rider hoping to build on two victories last year

TT competitor, Dean Harrison says he's feeling probably stronger than he's ever been heading into a season as the 2026 Isle of Man TT Races fast approach.

The now-Island resident was a double winner at the event last year, taking victory in both Superstock races in what were his first wins on the Snaefell Mountain Course in six years.

Harrison continues to be one of the top TT contenders of recent times, in fact, he's only finished outside of the podium places in three of the last 30 TT races he's finished.

As expected, he's gunning for top honours again in 2026 and told Manx Radio Motorsport whilst he does want to chalk up more victories, he never takes any good performance of his for granted:

This will be his third campaign with the Honda Racing UK team having joined the manufacturer squad in 2024 and it will also be the third year running he'll race in the team alongside 23-time TT winner, John McGuinness MBE.

Along with two Superstock wins in 2025, he also managed two second-placed finishes across both Supersport events and claimed third spot in the Superbike TT.

Along with the plethora of podium places in more recent times, Harrison has not crossed the line outside the top five in any race he's completed since 2016.
