Reigning Senior TT champion also taking on BSB campaign next year

Reigning Senior TT champion, Dean Harrison says he's relishing the prospect of a busy season on the roads and circuits with Honda in 2027.

This week, it was confirmed the now-Island resident will once again join forces with TT legend, John McGuinness MBE for Honda Racing UK's road racing campaign next year.

On top of that, Harrison will also make a return to the British Superbike Championship (BSB) in 2027 alongside Ryan Vickers and Kyle Ryde.

Along with sharing some of his thoughts on the season ahead, Harrison told Manx Radio he's looking forward to continuing his road racing partnership with 23-time TT winner, McGuinness who he says is continuing to impress:

During a disrupted Isle of Man TT Races in 2026, Harrison took wins in two of the four races he contested - first claiming top spot in the Superbike TT before being declared winner of the Senior TT over a one-lap distance after race was halted and not restarted.

He also put in strong displays in both Supersport races on his Honda CBR600RR, finishing second in both events.

Meanwhile, it's a landmark year for McGuinness who in 2026 celebrated 30 years of competing on the Snaefell Mountain Course.

In 2027, Honda Racing UK's road racing commitments will also include the North West 200 in Northern Ireland from 10-15 May.

Next year's Isle of Man TT Races are scheduled to be held from Monday, 31 May to Saturday, 12 June.
