A Liberal Vannin candidate in September's general election says the Isle of Man needs the finance sector, but must diversify more as well.
Kate Beecroft is making a third bid to gain a seat in a third different constituency, this time in South Douglas.
Mrs Beecroft, from Union Mills, has worked in Baghdad and the West Indies during 20 years in the finance sector.
She says the Isle of Man can't afford to rely on a single industry (listen to audio file below):
The other candidates in South Douglas so far are sitting members David Cretney and Bill Malarkey.
