He injured his hand in a recent spill racing in Malaysia.
His place in Team Molnar Manx will be taken by British Supersport Championship contender Danny Webb.
Other riders competing for Team Molnar Manx at the Classic T.T. are Michael Dunlop, Dan Cooper and Wattie Brown.
