
Douglas B kept their faint Shimmin Wilson Manx Shield hopes alive with an emphatic 52-24 win over Castletown at Port-e-Chee.
Liam King picked up two tries for Douglas and there were also scores from Liam Mulligan, Johnny Howarth, Paul Gale, Carl Conroy, Nick Horsthuis and Joe Whitelegg.
Adam Howarth kicked four conversions and Mark Shortland one.
Darren Davies, Mick Shipley and Matt Quine all scored tries for Castletown with Sam Peel and Gary Stephenson adding conversions.
Emerging Nomads picked up their second win on the bounce with a 41-0 victory over Vagabonds B at Ballafletcher.
Dave Caldwell and Leon Landells both grabbed two tries apiece for Nomads.
There were also tries from Duncan Miller and Gareth Watt while Miller also picked up three conversions.
