Ballymoney man takes feature race
Michael Dunlop took his seventh 'Race of Legends' win at the Armoy Road Races, round 16 of the Duke Road Race Rankings Championship.
In trying conditions for both organisers and competitors, Dunlop enjoyed a start to finish victory in the feature race of meeting.
However, the Ballymoney man was pipped to the post in the 'man of the meeting' stakes by two points by Derek McGee, who claimed his fourth such title of the season.
Five top-six placings, including two podiums, saw James Cowton reduce the margin between himself and rankings leader Dean Harrison to 187 points.
