TT winner to race at Silverstone instead
Michael Dunlop will miss this weekend's (10-11 Sept) Cookstown 100 in Northern Ireland.
Instead, the 19-time Isle of Man TT winner is racing at Silverstone having accepted a ride for Simon Buckmaster's PTR Triumph team in the British Supersport championship.
He'll be up against fellow TT winner in Lee Johnston who took his first victory of the year at Snetterton on Sunday.
Meanwhile, Derek Sheils, another TT regular, has confirmed he too will not be racing at Cookstown this weekend.
