Sharkey, Jones and Bass score in 3-1 victory
Ellan Vannin have won their opening match at the ConIFA European Football Cup in Hungary, against the Romani people.
Ellan Vannin went ahead in the 11th minute, when defender Seamus Sharkey headed in from a corner.
Their opponents then equalised in the 29th minute.
Ellan Vannin then retook the lead on 49 minutes, thanks to another header.
Frank Jones nodded in Connor Doyle's cross.
Then, around eight minutes later, it was 3-1 after Chris Bass Junior raced on to a long ball from Jack McVey and rifled it in.
The Romani had a player sent off towards the end.
The match finished 3-1 to Ellan Vannin.
They play Padania on Friday, with a draw being good enough to top the group.
