McCanney seals British title
Jamie McCanney clinched the British Enduro Championship with the closest possible finish on Sunday.
He pipped close rival Steve Holcombe to take the Muntjac event at Thetford Forest in Norfolk.
The 21-year-old Manxman won the final round of the championship to leapfrog Holcombe in the standings and seal the title.
David Knight rounded off a good season with third place in the E2 Championship, while another talented young local, Jake Subachus (Sherco) won the Expert Championship.
