Next year's event will also see reshuffled schedule
Entries have now opened for the 2026 Isle of Man TT Races.
Organisers are now welcoming applications from competitors looking to take on the Snaefell Mountain Course from Monday, 25 May to Saturday, 6 June next year.
The 2026 meeting will once again feature a ten-race schedule, albeit with some changes for the respective classes.
The Supertwin class will now be known as the 'Sportbike TT' as part of alterations for that category which will see the new generation of Sportbike machinery race alongside Supertwin machines.
More generally, there's an increase in planned rest days from two to three with the addition of a rest day during practice and qualifying week on Thursday, 29 May.
There's also been a reshuffle of timetables during race week which sees changes in some race orders with Supertsock races taking place on the same day as Sidecar races and Supersport races running on the same day as Sportbike contests.
The Superbike TT remains in place on the first Sunday of the racing fortnight on 31 May whilst the Senior TT remains on the final Saturday on 6 June.
Back in September, it was also confirmed the number of contingency sessions available to organisers is increasing to provide more alternative options in the event of poor weather or other disruption.
