Gianni Epifani won the second round of the Isle of Man Bank Winter Hill-Running League in Peel on Saturday.
The Manx Harriers runner completed the course in 21.34, a comfortable 32 seconds ahead of Manx Fell Runners' Simon Skillicorn.
Ian Gale, getting back to his old form, took third in 22.23.
Under-18 girl Rachael Franklin beat all the senior women runners by over two-and-a-half minutes to be the first female home in 26.29 and was 17th overall.
Rose Hooton (29.06) and Justine Bowen (30.51) were second and third respectively.
