Isle of Man rider, Yasmin Ingham played a key role is Great Britain won the final leg of this year's FEI Eventing Nations Cup last weekend.
The Manx competitor - along with GB teammates Laura Collett, Caroline Harris and Tom Jackson - surged to victory at Boekelo in the Netherlands on Sunday, 12 October with just 97.0 penalty points.
It meant they finished top of the standings and with a significant gap to runners-up, France on 122.4 points whilst Belgium completing the top three in third on 128.0 points.
Following that final round of the 2025 series, Great Britain finish third overall on 340 points whilst France claim second place on 390 points, just behind series winners, Germany on 400 points.
Team GB Chef D'Equipe, Philip Surl says: "Boekelo is a very special and unique leg of the Series. It’s not only the final leg, it’s the culmination of the whole thing. The amount of spectators and the attention it gets makes it a unique experience – for younger horses with experienced riders, and younger riders on older horses. It always feels like a championship...
"...We take different combinations to each leg. Some of these horses will now head to another four-star long, perhaps Badminton next spring. And of course, next year we have the small matter of a World Championship in Aachen. It might be too soon for some of these horses, but we hope to see many of them continue progressing. Events like this are fantastic for their education."
The FEI Eventing Nations Cup is expected to return next spring for 2026.
