Mark Higgins has to settle for second
British rally champion Elfyn Evans has won the 138.com Rally Isle of Man.
He and co-driver Craig Parry saw off the challenge of Mark Higgins – bidding for a sixth Rally Isle of Man title – to take the honours in a dramatic event.
In the end, the Welsh duo finished five seconds ahead of Higgins and Darren Garrod with Tom Cave and James Morgan in third.
