Connor Prescott becomes club's first employee
FC Isle of Man has confirmed a new appointment aimed at boosting the club's engagement with the rest of the Island.
Connor Prescott is taking up the post of FC Isle of Man's Football in the Community Officer and becomes the club's first ever employee.
Having already played a key role in 'The Ravens'' football camps, Mr Prescott's role will see him run those camps as well as visiting Manx schools and encouraging local children to see what opportunities football and sport can offer them.
Mr Prescott describes it as 'an absolute honour to be part of the club' and is 'looking forward to getting started and getting to know the club inside and out.'
Meanwhile, FC Isle of Man Vice-Chairman and Director of Football, Lee Dixon, adds it's 'fantastic' to see Connor taking up the post and such a move is about growing the club's 'footprint in the community.'
