Two away games in three days await for 'The Ravens'
A busy bank holiday weekend awaits for FC Isle of Man who face two games in three days in the NWCFL Premier Division.
First they travel to take on Ramsbottom United at 3pm tomorrow (23 August) before a trip to Wythenshawe on Monday, 25 August.
FC Isle of Manager, Paul Jones expects a challenging set of fixtures against sides he believes could be in contention at the top of the table during the campaign.
What's more, he's told Manx Radio about how difficult it can be to prepare for two matches in such a short space of time:
Last time out, FC Isle of Man claimed their first win of the season as a late double from Joe Middleton handed them a 2-1 victory at Abbey Hey on Saturday, 16 August.
The first task of this weekend tomorrow will see them face a Ramsbottom United side which has made a strong start to the campaign - unbeaten in their first four fixtures and having won three of those.
Elsewhere - after their relegation from the Northern Premier League system in 2024/25 - Wythenshawe have lost just one of their first our outings, winning two and drawing one.
Last season, FC Isle of Man won both of their away ties at Ramsbottom United and Wythenshawe.
