Sporting director issues statement
The sporting director of FC Isle of Man says the club intends to continue working towards its ambition of entering the English non-league system next season - whenever that may be.
Paul Jones says he and his fellow officials understand that might not be possible due to the large number of things that are beyond their control but they will do their best to put everything in place so the team is ready when the time comes.
He adds that football is a long way down their priority list at the moment, never mind everyone else's, but he hopes, eventually, the club will be able to play a part in helping the Island move beyond the current reality.
