FC Isle of Man have another opportunity to turn their recent league fortunes around when they travel to Burscough in the NWCFL Premier Division tonight (4 October).
Despite a positive display for much of their last league outing, the Ravens ended up on the end of a 5-1 defeat at the hands of Charnock Richard at Mossie Park on Saturday (1 October).
After twelve games, FC IoM sit 19th out of 22 sides, with three wins, one draw and eight defeats.
Tonight, the Manx side will come up against a Burscough side also desperate for points.
The Lancashire club sit bottom of the table currently on six points and have suffered for straight defeats in their last four outings.
Their two wins so far have come in a 2-0 victory away at Padiham on 13 August and a 3-1 home win over Longridge Town on 8 September.
Burscough vs FC Isle of Man takes place at The Community Ground this evening, kicking-off at 7.45pm.
