Ravens's wait for first win of the season continues
FC Isle of Man's wait for a first win of the season continues after they suffered a 4-0 defeat to Irlam in the NWCFL Premier Division.
The home side took the lead inside the opening 20 minutes through a Declan Daniels penalty, before Jack Mitchell doubled their advantage before half time.
Alex Francis extended Irlam's lead further early in the second half, with Mitchell Henry netting the fourth in the 68th minute.
Adam Adebiyi created a couple of chances late on for the Ravens, but the visitors couldn't get one back.
The result leaves the Manx side at the bottom of the table ahead of their trip to Abbey Hey on Saturday.
