Visitors currently on eight-match winning streak
FC Isle of Man will be hoping to keep up their impressive recent home record this weekend against the NWCFL Premier Division's most in-form team right now.
Currently unbeaten in five at The Bowl, 'The Ravens' host Atherton Laburnum Rovers tomorrow evening (7 March).
The visitors are on an impressive streak of eight consecutive wins and are unbeaten in 13, a run which has propelled them into contention for a play-off place.
FC Isle of Man's Caretaker Manager, Rick Holden is expecting a difficult test this weekend but says there were positives when his squad were beaten at Atherton in the reverse fixture in January:
Going into the weekend, FC Isle of Man's undefeated run on home turf currently stretches back to mid-January and more generally are among the top ten sides in the league in terms of form over the last six league contests.
Should the Islanders be able to end their opponents' fearsome winning record, they could realistically move up one place to 17th in the table if they were to claim maximum points.
However, Dave Jones' Atherton currently show no signs of relenting and have not tasted defeat in any competition since 29 November, 2025.
Furthermore, if they were to make it nine straight victories at The Bowl on Saturday, Atherton LR could move to within two points of the play-offs should teams above them lose in their respective matches.
FC Isle of Man vs Atherton Laburnum Rovers takes place at The Bowl tomorrow (7 March), with kick-off scheduled for 6pm.
