Chief Marshal reiterates urgent appeal
The Festival of Motorcycling has reiterated its urgent appeal for marshals, following the cancelled qualifying sessions on Monday and Tuesday.
An emergency session will be held tomorrow afternoon (Thurs 22), after Clerk of the Course Gary Thompson received government approval to go ahead with the contingency plan.
As it stands, the Chief Marshal Robert Craine says the course is 'under manned' and is calling for more numbers:
