Popular winter runs are back
The Ramsey Bakery Fireman's Run Series returns tomorrow evening.
There are six races over the winter months with competitors having the options of a 1.7 mile single lap or 3 laps.
Signing-on is at the Ramsey Fire Station from 6pm for a 7pm start.
Organiser Steve Kelly says all taking part need to wear Hi-Viz and can't wear headphones:-
