First TT sidecar victory for Holden and Winkle

John Holden and Andrew Winkle have won this afternoon's Sidecar 2 race at the TT - their first - after a dramatic final lap.

Going into it they trailed favourites Klaus Klaffenbock and Dan Sayle by almost 17 seconds, but the pair suffered technical problems and faded badly, eventually finishing sixth.

Manx Radio TT's Roy Moore described the moment the lead changed hands for the first time in the race: (play audio clip)

Conrad Harrison and Mike Aylott were second, with Tony Elmer and Darren Marshall pipping Tim Reeves and Greg Cluze to third place.
