Lack of referees could affect games this weekend
An emergency meeting will take place this week over potentially significant disruption to Manx football matches later this week.
It's understood almost, if not all senior men's fixtures this Saturday (4 October) are in doubt due to a lack of available referees.
This would include match-ups across all four divisions of the Canada Life Men's Premier League and Ardern & Druggan Ltd. Division 2 as well as both Combination leagues.
It's been confirmed to Manx Radio that high-priority talks will take place between all concerned parties tomorrow afternoon (1 October).
The Isle of Man FA is hopeful this will lead to the resolution of any possible issues and will ensure that matches go ahead this weekend.
