Two competitions in two days form majority of weekend agenda
Cup competition continues across Isle of Man football this weekend with the first rounds proper of the Manx Quality Sheds Hospital Cup and Ascot Hotel Junior Cup.
Following the preliminary stages of both tournaments last week, 16 teams return to the field in each vying for progress into the final eight.
The Hospital Cup takes centre stage on Saturday (12 April) - one of those ties sees two champions collide as Division 2 winners Braddan host new Canada Life Men's Premier League holders Peel.
Elsewhere, there's a southern derby as Castletown welcome Colby and a northern duel too with Michael United entertaining Ramsey Youth Centre & Old Boys (Rycob.).
Meanwhile, the Junior Cup returns on Sunday (13 April) where among the ties defending champions Ramsey will be aiming to progress again as they take on northern rivals Rycob.
In the west, Peel - who knocked out current Canada Life Combination One leaders Onchan last week - face a Rushen United side currently challenging for the combination one title.
