Teens aged 14 to 18 invited to get involved
The search is underway to find the next generation of people to help Manx football grow.
The Isle of Man Football Association is launching a new Youth Leadership Group and is inviting teens, aged 14 to 18, to get involved.
Its aim is to give younger people leadership skills - covering nine areas including referee and coaching development, diversity and inclusion and football participation.
Junior involvement in Manx football right now is 'incredible' according to Interim Chief Executive Officer Lewis Qualtrough:
