Former Onchan shot-stopper helped new team to victory on debut
One of the rising Isle of Man's rising talents in women's football has been snapped up by Altrincham FC Women.
The Lancashire club has announced former Onchan goalkeeper Caitlin Beaty as its latest recruit this season.
Beaty is wearing the number 41 shirt and has already made her debut for her new team in Altrincham's 3-2 victory over Wirral United at Partington Sports Village on Sunday, 13 October in the Cheshire Women's Premier Division.
Last season she was a mainstay between the sticks for Onchan in the Canada Life Women's League and made 13 appearances in all competitions.
'The O's' would go on to finish fifth in the league and reach the semi-finals of the 2023/24 Women's FA Cup.
