FA President admits several challenges ongoing in local game
A more 'joined-up' approach should be sought going forward between the Isle of Man FA and clubs in Manx football.
That's the view of the president of the association who admits several challenges remain in the local game to be overcome for the future.
Tony Mepham says there have been positives during 2025, including the performances of the national teams at the Island Games and the thriving junior football community here.
However, he agrees referee recruitment remains an ongoing concern and there are still hurdles to overcome within the women and girls game:
