Rushen United also close gap at summit with win
Onchan and Union Mills remain locked together at the top of the Jacksons IoM U18's League after both played out a draw in the latest fixtures last night (12 October).
Two matches in the division took place on Wednesday under the floodlights at The Bowl.
Heading into last night there was a three-way tie at the summit between Onchan, Union Mills and Braddan.
Two of those sides met last night with Onchan and Union Mills playing out a 2-2 draw with neither outfit quite able to find the decisive breakthrough for all three points.
Meanwhile, in Wednesday's other game, Rushen United also at least temporarily closed the gap at the top with a 3-0 victory over Laxey B.
As it stands, Onchan and Union Mills remain tied at the top on seven points with the same goal difference of +4.
Rushen United and Braddan are just behind on six points, but the latter side have played one game less than the other teams around them.
Braddan will have the chance to jump into top spot next week (19 October) when they take on Colby.
