Westerners awarded points ahead of weekend to seal success
Peel have successfully defended their Canada Life Men's Premier League title for 2025/26.
The club has confirmed that its league fixture at Douglas High School Old Boys (DHSOB.) - due to take place tomorrow (2 May) - has been awarded as an away walkover, meaning Peel mathematically confirm themselves in top spot for the second season in a row.
They sit four points ahead of second-placed, Corinthians with both teams having just one game left to play.
Peel will be officially presented with the trophy following its final league contest of the campaign against Laxey on Saturday, 9 May.
Furthermore, the western side is thanking its players, officials and volunteers for the parts they've played during the course of the season.
More broadly, it's a second senior league trophy this season for Peel after their women's team successfully retained their Canada Life Women's League crown last weekend.
