FA looking for teams and players to get involved
Plans are in motion to create a new walking football league on the Isle of Man.
The Isle of Man Football Association says the concept is in the process of being established and wants to hear from teams and individuals who would want to be part of it.
The organisation says the league would be for mixed teams in one of two categories - over-50s and over-60s.
Going forward, there are also hopes it would give players and teams the opportunities to compete off-Island and take part in local qualifiers of the FA Cup Walking Football competition.
Any clubs wishing to find out more details or sign up is asked to get in touch with the FA via email at simon.elson@isleofmanfa.com.
Meanwhile, individual players who're interested and are not currently connected to a specific club are also invited to get in touch, where the FA will assist with finding players a team to join.
