Northern side heading up after Marown lose out at Castletown
Ramsey Youth Centre & Old Boys (Rycob.) have been promoted to the Canada Life Men's Premier League following last night's midweek Isle of Man football fixtures (19 May).
The northern side's move up to the top-flight was confirmed after fellow promotion contenders, Marown were defeat by Castletown on Tuesday night.
It means 'Youthie' go eight points clear of Marown who now only have six more points to play for this season.
Promotion success for Ramsey Youth Centre & Old Boys also follows on from them winning this year's GH Corlett Woods Cup last month.
They will join Colby - who were crowned Division 2 champions in late April - in going into the men's top flight for the next campaign.
Elsewhere in Ardern & Druggan Ltd. Division 2 last night, Malew continued their impressive late-season form with a convincing home victory over Pulrose United.
Meanwhile, Douglas Royal were awarded a walkover win over St George's
