Godfrey Kelly was IoM Golf Championship winner twice in the '80s
Two-time Island Golf Champion Godfrey Kelly has passed away.
The 66-year-old won the Isle of Man Golf Championship twice in the 1980s - in 1981 and then again seven years later in 1988.
Known to many as 'Kell', he also made more than 150 appearances for Peel Football Club and was club president between 1991 and 1993.
Godfrey Kelly was a big character and well-known in the Sunset City.
