Tyre warmers putting strain on power
Power issues in Grandstand pit lane means sessions and timings for practice and qualifying this evening (Friday) have been altered.
From 6-20 pm, Classic TT Superbikes and lightweights will be out on the course plus Manx Grand Prix Senior, Junior and Newcomers A machines.
From 7-05 to the close: Classic TT Senior machines and 350s plus MGP lightweight and Newcomers B.
The second session is longer because it was halted early by mist last night and also came to a halt sooner than expected the night before.
The power issue is caused by the big demand on tyre warmers!
