Championship Thursday today
After a frustrating first two days, the Diamond Jubilee Southern 100 meeting roared into life last night.
A full night of action saw wins for Guy Martin, Ivan Lintin,Seamus Elliot, Tim Reeves & Mark Wilkes in the sidecars and Alistair Howarth.
Martin won the first race by the slimmest of margins, but told Chris Kinley the course was in great condition.
Today (Thurs) is Championship Thursday - roads around the Billown Course close at 9.50am until 12.15pm, reopen until 1pm and then close through until 5.30pm at the latest.
There is one change to the programme - there will be no Sidecar Consolation Race - the Senior event which was abandoned on Tuesday evening will take place instead.
